[§414D-256]  Deposit with director offinance.  Assets of a dissolved corporation that should be transferred to acreditor, claimant, or member of the corporation who cannot be found or who isnot competent to receive them, shall be reduced to cash subject to known trustrestrictions and deposited with the director of finance for disposition inaccordance with chapter 523A.
