§414D-72  Designation or change of
registered office or registered agent.  (a)  A corporation that does not
already have a registered office and registered agent shall designate its
registered office and registered agent by delivering to the department director
for filing a statement of designation that sets forth:



(1)  The name of the corporation;



(2)  The street address of its initial registered
office in this State and the name of its initial registered agent at its
initial registered office; and



(3)  That the street addresses of its registered
office and agent shall be identical.



(b)  A corporation may change its registered
office or its registered agent by delivering to the department director for
filing a statement of change that sets forth:



(1)  The name of the corporation;



(2)  The street address of its current registered
office, the name of its current registered agent at its registered office, and
any changes required to keep the information current; and



(3)  That after the change or changes are made, the
street addresses of its registered office and agent shall be identical.



(c)  If the registered agent's street address
changes, the corporation's registered agent may change the street address of
the corporation's registered office by notifying the corporation in writing of
the change and signing (either manually or in facsimile) and delivering to the
department director for filing a statement that complies with the requirements
of subsection (a) and recites that the corporation has been notified of the
