[§414D-86]  Member's liability for dues,assessments, and fees.  A member may be liable to the corporation for dues,assessments, or fees; provided that the articles or bylaws or a resolutionadopted by the board authorizing or imposing dues, assessments, or fees doesnot, by itself, create liability.
