D. Derivative Proceedings

 

[§414-171]  Definitions.  As used inthis subpart:

"Derivative proceeding" means a civilsuit in the right of a domestic corporation or, to the extent provided insection 414‑178, in the right of a foreign corporation.

"Shareholder" includes a beneficialowner whose shares are held in a voting trust or held by a nominee on thebeneficial owner's behalf. [L 2000, c 244, pt of §1]
