[§414-421]  Deposit with director offinance.  Assets of a dissolved corporation that should be transferred to acreditor, claimant, or shareholder of the corporation who cannot be found orwho is not competent to receive them shall be reduced to cash and depositedwith the director of finance for disposition in accordance with chapter 523A.[L 2000, c 244, pt of §1]
