[§414-481]  Application to existing domesticcorporations.  This chapter applies to all domestic corporations inexistence on July 1, 2001 that were incorporated under any general statute ofthis State providing for incorporation of corporations for profit if the powerto amend or repeal the statute under which the corporation was incorporated wasreserved.
