§414-484  Severability.  If anyprovision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance isheld invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity shall notaffect other provisions or applications of this chapter that can be giveneffect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this chapter are severable.
