[§414-6]  Department director; powers. The director of commerce and consumer affairs for the State of Hawaii has thepower reasonably necessary to perform the duties required of the departmentdirector by this chapter, and to administer this chapter efficiently.  Thedepartment director shall adopt necessary rules, subject to chapter 91.
