§415A-14.6  Articles of incorporation.  (a) The articles of incorporation shall set forth:

(1)  A corporate name for the corporation thatsatisfies the requirements of section 415A-8;

(2)  The profession or professions that thecorporation shall be authorized to practice and any other purpose allowed bythe licensing laws and rules of this State;

(3)  The mailing address of its initial principaloffice, the street address of its initial registered office, and the name ofits initial registered agent at its initial registered office;

(4)  The number of directors constituting the initialboard of directors and the names and addresses of the individuals who are toserve as directors until the first annual meeting of shareholders or untiltheir successors are elected and qualified;

(5)  The name, title, and address of each officer; and

(6)  The number of shares the corporation isauthorized to issue, and if the shares are to be divided into classes, thenumber of shares of each class.

(b)  The articles of incorporation may setforth any of the matters specified in section 414-32(b).
