§415A-25  Penalties.  (a)  Eachprofessional corporation that fails or refuses to answer truthfully within thetime prescribed by this chapter interrogatories directed to the professionalcorporation in accordance with this chapter by the director shall be guilty ofa class C felony.

(b)  Each officer or director of a professionalcorporation who fails or refuses within the time prescribed by this chapter toanswer truthfully and fully interrogatories directed to that officer ordirector in accordance with this chapter by the director, or who signs anyarticles, statement, report, application, or other document filed with thedirector which is known to that officer or director to be false in any materialrespect, shall be deemed to be guilty of a class C felony.
