[§415A-30]  Effect of repeal of prior acts. The repeal of a prior act by this chapter shall not affect the validity of anyprovisions of articles of incorporation and bylaws which were adopted, anyright accrued or established, or any liability or penalty incurred, under theprovisions of such act, prior to the repeal thereof.
