§419-1  Formation of corporation sole forecclesiastical purposes.  A nonprofit corporation sole may be formedhereunder by the bishop, chief priest, presiding elder, or other presidingofficer of any church, for the purposes of administering and managing theaffairs, property, and temporalities of the church, in the district withinwhich the bishop, chief priest, presiding elder, or other presiding officer hasecclesiastical jurisdiction.
