§419-5  Name of incumbent; change inincumbency.  There shall be filed, with the articles of incorporation, astatement duly certified and executed, which shall state the name and addressof the person who is to be its incumbent, to which shall be appended a dulyattested copy of the certificate of appointment or other document through whichthe person succeeded to the ecclesiastical office by virtue of which the personbecame entitled to be the incumbent of the corporation sole.  Whenever a changein the incumbency of the corporation occurs, the new incumbent, within thirtydays after the new incumbent has become the incumbent, shall file with thedirector of commerce and consumer affairs a like certificate with like proof ofthe new incumbent's title to the office.
