§419-6  Distribution of assets; inspectionof books.  Except upon liquidation of the property of the corporation incase of dissolution, no part of the assets, income, or earnings of thecorporation shall be withdrawn from or sent out of the State, unless theremaining assets of the corporation shall then equal in value twice the amountof the indebtedness of the corporation.
