[§421C-13]  Meetings, etc.  The articlesor bylaws may provide for the holding of meetings by units or portions of thetotal membership and may provide for a method of transmitting the votes cast tothe central meeting, or for a method of representation of members by theelection of delegates to attend the central meeting, or for a combination ofthese methods.  If delegates are provided for, all references in this chapterto votes cast by members shall apply to votes cast by delegates.  Directors maybe apportioned among the units or portions of the total membership and may beelected by the units or portions of the total membership to which they areapportioned.
