§421-21  Voluntary dissolution.  Chapter414, relating to the voluntary dissolution of profit corporations, and chapter414D, relating to the voluntary dissolution of nonprofit corporations, shallapply, as the case may be, to associations formed under this chapter exceptthat the dissolution shall be approved at a meeting duly called and held forthe purpose by not less than two-thirds of the voting power voting thereon.
