§425E-114  Registered office andregistered agent.  [Section effective until June 30, 2010.  For sectioneffective July 1, 2010, see below.]  Each domestic limited partnership orforeign limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this State:

(1)  A registered office that may be the same as anyof its places of business; and

(2)  A registered agent, who may be:

(A)  An individual who resides in this Stateand whose business office is identical with the registered office;

(B)  A domestic entity authorized to transactbusiness in this State whose business office is identical with the registeredoffice; or

(C)  A foreign entity authorized to transactbusiness in this State whose business office is identical with the registeredoffice. [L 2003, c 210, pt of §1]
