[§425E-1202]  Severability clause.  Ifany provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstanceis held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions orapplications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter areseverable.
