[§425E-1203]  Relation to ElectronicSignatures in Global and National Commerce Act.  This chaptermodifies, limits, or supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global andNational Commerce Act, Title 15 United States Code section 7001 et seq.; providedthat this chapter does not modify, limit, or supersede section 101(c) of thatAct or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section103(b) of that Act.
