[§425E-704]  Power of estate ofdeceased partner.  If a partner dies, the deceased partner'spersonal representative or other legal representative may exercise the rightsof a transferee as provided in section 425E-702 and, for the purposes ofsettling the estate, may exercise the rights of a current limited partner undersection 425E-304.
