§425E-811  Appeal from denial ofreinstatement.  (a)  If the director denies a limitedpartnership's application for reinstatement following administrativecancellation, the director shall notify the limited partnership of the reasonor reasons for the denial.

(b)  The limited partnership may appeal thedenial of reinstatement to the circuit court within thirty days after themailing of the notice of denial.  The limited partnership may appeal bypetitioning the court to set aside the cancellation and attaching to thepetition copies of the director's declaration of cancellation the limitedpartnership's application for reinstatement, and the director's notice ofdenial.

(c)  The court may summarily order the directorto reinstate the administratively canceled limited partnership or may takeother action the court considers appropriate.
