§425-115  Statement of denial.  Apartner or other person named as a partner in a filed statement of partnershipauthority may file a statement of denial stating the name of the partnershipand the fact that is being denied, which may include denial of a person'sauthority or status as a partner.  A statement of denial is a limitation onauthority as provided in section 425-114(a) and (b).
