§425-141  Partner's power to bindpartnership after dissolution.  Subject to section 425-142, a partnershipis bound by a partner's act after dissolution that:

(1)  Is appropriate for winding up the partnershipbusiness; or

(2)  Would have bound the partnership under section425-112 before dissolution, if the other party to the transaction did not havenotice of the dissolution. [L 1999, c 284, pt of §1]
