[§431K-12]  Binding effect of orders issuedin United States District Court.  An order issued by any district court ofthe United States enjoining a risk retention group from soliciting or sellinginsurance, or operating in any state or in all states or in any territory orpossession of the United States upon a finding that the group is in a hazardousfinancial condition shall be enforceable in the courts of this State.
