[§431P-12]  Mitigation.  The fundshall develop a comprehensive loss reduction plan for the hurricane peril.  Theplan shall include standards for new residential and commercial structures andseparate standards for existing residential and commercial structures.  Theplan shall provide a timetable for implementation of mandatory loss mitigationmeasures for both new and existing structures.
