§431:10-220  Policy must contain entirecontract.  (a)  No agreement in conflict with, modifying, or extending anycontract of insurance shall be valid unless in writing and made a part of thepolicy.

(b)  No insurer or its representatives shallmake any insurance contract or agreement relative thereto that is not plainlyexpressed in the policy.

(c)  The requirements of this section shall notapply to the granting of additional benefits to all policyholders of theinsurer, or a class or classes of them, which do not require increases inpremium rates or reduction or restrictions of coverage. [L 1987, c 347, pt of§2]
