§431:10-231  Exemption of proceeds; accidentand health or sickness.  The proceeds of all contracts of accident andhealth or sickness insurance and of provisions providing benefits on account ofthe insured's disability which are supplemental to life insurance or annuitycontracts shall be exempt from all liability for any debt of the insured, andfrom any debt of the beneficiary existing at the time the proceeds are madeavailable for the beneficiary's use.
