§431:10-244  Filing procedure for
contracts approved by commissioner.  Each insurance contract requiring
approval by the commissioner pursuant to section 392-48 and section 386-124
shall be accompanied by a $20 fee payable to the commissioner, which fee shall
be deposited in the commissioner's education and training fund. [L 1988, c 363,
