§431:10A-107  Inapplicable or inconsistentprovisions.  If any provision of section 431:10A-105 to section 431:10A-111is in whole or in part inapplicable to or inconsistent with the coverageprovided by a particular form of policy, the insurer, with the approval of thecommissioner, shall omit from such policy any inapplicable provision or part ofa provision, and shall modify any inconsistent provision or part of theprovision in such manner as to make the provision as contained in the policyconsistent with the coverage provided by the policy.
