§431:10A-108  Order of certain policyprovisions.  The provisions which are the subject of section 431:10A-105and section 431:10A-106, or any corresponding provisions which are used in lieuthereof, shall be printed in the consecutive order of the provisions in suchsections or, at the option of the insurer, any such provision may appear as aunit in any part of the policy, with other provisions to which it may belogically related; provided the resulting policy shall not be in whole or inpart unintelligible, uncertain, ambiguous, abstruse, or likely to mislead aperson to whom the policy is offered, delivered or issued.
