§431:10A-112  Policy conflicting with thispart.  A policy delivered or issued for delivery to any person in thisState in violation of this part shall be held valid, but shall be construed asprovided in this part.  When any provision in a policy governed by this part isin conflict with any specific provision of this part, the rights, duties, andobligations of the insurer, the insured, and the beneficiary shall be governedby the provisions of this part.
