§431:10A-202  Health care groups.  Apolicy of group disability insurance may be issued to a corporation, aspolicyholder, existing primarily for the purpose of assisting individuals whoare its subscribers in securing medical, hospital, dental, and other healthcare services for themselves and their dependents, covering all and not lessthan five hundred such subscribers and dependents, with respect only tomedical, hospital, dental, and other health care services.
