§431:10A-404  Persons authorized to transactinsurance.  Notwithstanding the provisions of article 9A, any personlicensed to transact accident and health or sickness insurance as a producermay transact extended health insurance and may be paid a commission inaccordance with commission schedules filed with the commissioner as required bysection 431:10A-406.
