§431:10A-404  Persons authorized to transact
insurance.  Notwithstanding the provisions of article 9A, any person
licensed to transact accident and health or sickness insurance as a producer
may transact extended health insurance and may be paid a commission in
accordance with commission schedules filed with the commissioner as required by
