CREDITLIFE INSURANCE

§431:10B-101  Purpose.  The purpose ofthis article is to promote the public welfare by regulating credit lifeinsurance and credit disability insurance.  Nothing in this article is intendedto prohibit or discourage reasonable competition.  The provisions of thisarticle shall be liberally construed.
