§431:10C-112.5  Notice ofcancellation for insurer ceasing to issue motor vehicle insurance policies. Any insurer authorized to issue motor vehicle insurance policies, which ceasesto engage in the motor vehicle insurance business in this State, shall givewritten notice to each insured not less than sixty days prior to the effectivedate of closing its business.
