§431:10C-116  Challenges to motor vehicleinsurance law; intervention by attorney general.  At the request of thecommissioner, the attorney general shall intervene in any case before anyappellate court in this State in which the constitutionality or validity ofthis article or any part thereof is at issue, and may appeal to the UnitedStates Supreme Court, if necessary, to obtain a final determination of anycase.
