[§431:10D-625]  Recordkeeping.  Insurers,managing general agents, independent agencies, and insurance producers shallmaintain or make available to the commissioner records of the informationcollected from the consumer and other information used in making therecommendations that were the basis for insurance transactions for five yearsafter the insurance transaction has been completed by the insurer.  An insurermay maintain documentation on behalf of an insurance producer.
