[§431:10H-102]  Scope.  The requirementsof this article shall apply to policies delivered or issued for delivery inthis State on or after July 1, 2000.  This article is not intended to supersedethe obligations of entities subject to this article to comply with thesubstance of other applicable insurance laws insofar as they do not conflictwith this article, except that laws and regulations designed and intended toapply to medicare supplement insurance policies shall not be applied tolong-term care insurance.
