§431:10H-111 Right to return; free lookprovision. Long-term care insurance applicants shall have the right toreturn the policy or certificate within thirty days of its delivery and to havethe premium refunded if, after examination of the policy or certificate, theapplicant is not satisfied for any reason. Long-term care insurance policiesand certificates shall have a notice prominently printed on the first page orattached thereto stating in substance that the applicant shall have the rightto return the policy or certificate within thirty days of its delivery and tohave the premium refunded if, after examination of the policy or certificate,other than a certificate issued pursuant to a policy issued to a group definedin paragraph (1) of the definition of "group long-term careinsurance" in section 431:10H-104, the applicant is not satisfied for anyreason. This section shall also apply to a denial of an application for along-term care contract. Any refund shall be made within thirty days of thereturn or denial.
