[§431:10H-113]  Group policy certificaterequirements.  A certificate issued pursuant to a group long-term careinsurance policy which is delivered or issued for delivery in this State shallinclude:

(1)  A description of the principal benefits andcoverage provided in the policy;

(2)  A statement of the principal exclusions,reductions, and limitations contained in the policy; and

(3)  A statement that the group master policydetermines governing contractual provisions. [L 1999, c 93, pt of §2]
