[§431:10H-213]  Disclosure; payment ofbenefits.  A long-term care insurance policy that provides for the paymentof benefits based on standards described as "usual and customary","reasonable and customary", or similar words or phrases shall includea definition of these terms and an explanation of the terms in its accompanyingoutline of coverage.
