[§431:10H-227  Filing requirements;extraterritorial.]  Prior to an insurer or similar organization offeringgroup long-term care insurance to a resident of this State pursuant to section431:10H-105, it shall file with the commissioner evidence that the group policyor certificate thereunder has been approved by a state having statutory orregulatory long-term care insurance requirements substantially similar to thoseadopted in this State.
