[§431:10H-232]  Prohibition againstpreexisting conditions and probationary periods in replacement policies andcertificates.  If a long-term care insurance policy or certificate replacesanother long-term care insurance policy or certificate, the replacing issuershall waive any time periods applicable to preexisting conditions andprobationary periods in the new long-term care policy for similar benefits tothe extent that similar exclusions have been satisfied under the originalpolicy.
