[§431:10H-303]  Conflict with Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.  If a conflict occurs between
a provision of this article and the federal Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act of 1996, P.L. 104-191, as amended, the provision shall be
deemed amended to comply with that federal Act and any related regulations, to
the extent that a particular policy is intended to qualify for federal income
