[§431:10H-303]  Conflict with HealthInsurance Portability and Accountability Act.  If a conflict occurs betweena provision of this article and the federal Health Insurance Portability andAccountability Act of 1996, P.L. 104-191, as amended, the provision shall bedeemed amended to comply with that federal Act and any related regulations, tothe extent that a particular policy is intended to qualify for federal incometax benefits.
