§431:12-102  Applicability.  Thisarticle shall apply to motor vehicle insurance and to property and casualtyinsurance as defined in sections 431:1-206 and 431:1-209.  The provisions ofthis article are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicablerequirements of law relating to motor vehicle and property and casualtyinsurance and the rules of the commissioner adopted pursuant thereto.  Therequirements of this article do not apply to methods of merchandising otherthan mass merchandising as defined in section 431:12-101.
