§431:12-113  Statistics.  Every insurermass merchandising insurance shall keep and maintain data on its experienceunder each plan, including data on premium income, losses, and expenses.  Thedata shall be kept and maintained separately from any experience data oninsurance sold by means other than mass merchandising.
