[§431:14-103.5]  Contractingclassification premium program.  With respect to each classification ofrisk in the construction industry, the rating organization shall file with thecommissioner a contracting classification premium program, which is a method ofcomputing premiums, that does not impose a higher premium solely because of anemployer's higher rate of wages.
