§431:14-105  Policy revisions that altercoverage.  (a)  Any policy revisions that alter coverage in any mannershall be filed with the commissioner and shall include an analysis of theimpact of each revision on rates.

(b)  A filing shall consist of either:

(1)  An electronic copy of the filing; or

(2)  Two printed copies of the filing.

The commissioner may also request a printed versionof an electronic filing to be submitted pursuant to paragraph (1).

(c)  After review by the commissioner, thecommissioner shall determine whether a rate filing for the policy revision mustbe submitted in accordance with section 431:14-104. [L 1987, c 349, §9; am L2005, c 132, §4; am L 2009, c 77, §11]
