§431:2-105.5  Staff.  There areestablished within the insurance division of the department of commerce andconsumer affairs six positions for technical staff, and three positions forclerical staff, necessary to enable the State to meet and maintain NationalAssociation of Insurance Commissioners accreditation standards.  Thesepositions shall not be subject to chapter 76.
