§431:2-106  Ethical requirements for
insurance division staff.  The commissioner, deputies and employees of the
insurance division shall not represent, be employed by, own any securities of,
be a creditor of, or be financially interested in any other manner in, any
insurer authorized to do business in this State, or in any insurance agency in
this State, except that the commissioner, or any deputy or employee, may be a
