§431:2-106  Ethical requirements forinsurance division staff.  The commissioner, deputies and employees of theinsurance division shall not represent, be employed by, own any securities of,be a creditor of, or be financially interested in any other manner in, anyinsurer authorized to do business in this State, or in any insurance agency inthis State, except that the commissioner, or any deputy or employee, may be apolicyholder or obligee of any such insurer.
